- Love the skin you’re in! As long as you are comfortable with your body as well as you as a person, nothing anybody else says should matter.

This looks doable
The best advice I can give to anyone starting to workout is to start of slow and build up. Walking for 20 minutes a day is way better than running 10 miles once a month.Keeping motivated is hard for everyone at first; taking the time to make a workout playlist, or keeping photos of people you aspire to look like around the house can remind and inspire you to keep working out. Also setting yourself small goals and rewards, like “If I can run the whole way up that hill, then I will buy myself a new bikini”.
